WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE KOSHER?

It means that our food was washed and inspected  by a rabbinical supervision to ensure the health standards and sanitation of the food and it adheres to kosher laws. It does not mean that the food needs to be blessed by a Rabbi.

Kosher law requires one to triple wash and check vegetables, to guarantee they have no insects or other impurities.

The kosherizing process results in healthier and cleaner food.  We believe that food fuels the body and soul and therefore we ensure the cleanest, freshest ingredients are used in order to enhance your culinary experience.

why do we triple wash?
