Our traditional Mediterranean recipes originate from the Sea of Galilee region and can be traced back more than a hundred years.

Everything started over a hundred years ago with our falafel recipe, 5768 miles from New York City, in an old city by the Sea of Galilee. The falafel recipe was passed down from generation to generation, until 2010, when our flagship store on 72nd street in New York City opened. Now everyone can enjoy authentic Mediterranean cuisine without boarding a plane!

Our legendary Hummus and Tahini are made with 100% natural SoomSoom seeds and other natural vegetarian ingredients.
Falafel can be dated back to the times of Pharaohs and can be prepared from various beans. Our falafel is made from ground chickpeas, fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, fresh garlic, and other spices in a unique and secret combination. We add no artificial flavor, colorants, chemicals, or preservatives to any of our products.
